Terms of sale
TextSwoop supplies downloadable digital content. No physical product is shipped.
Products and compatibility
Each package contains only the files listed at checkout. The presets are designed for the current desktop version of CapCut on macOS or Windows. The product page and setup guide describe installation, functionality and known compatibility requirements.
Ordering and delivery
The checkout shows the package, currency, total and any applicable tax before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe. After confirmed payment, we send a secure access link to the email used at checkout. Keep your order email and do not share the private link.
Immediate digital delivery
Where applicable, checkout asks for express consent to begin supplying the digital content immediately and acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once the legal conditions for full supply are met. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Support and complaints
Describe the affected file, your operating system and CapCut version. Do not send passwords, full card details or private project files. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
