Digital delivery and refunds
These products are downloadable digital files. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights.
Withdrawal and immediate access
Where applicable, we request express agreement to immediate delivery and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the statutory withdrawal right once the legal conditions are met. The purchase email records that consent.
No general change-of-mind guarantee
After a statutory withdrawal right has validly ended, changing your mind, disliking a style or no longer needing the product does not create a voluntary refund right.
Seven-day technical guarantee
As an additional voluntary benefit, report a reproducible defect within seven calendar days of purchase. This covers corrupt or unreadable files and defects preventing use in the compatibility stated at purchase. Include the order reference, affected file, software version and a description. We may ask for a screenshot or short screen recording. We will first try to diagnose the problem or provide a working replacement. If a qualifying defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, we will refund the affected product.
Statutory remedies
The seven-day guarantee does not shorten statutory rights for missing, faulty or misdescribed digital content. Available remedies may include bringing content into conformity, a price reduction or termination with a refund. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method; timing depends on Stripe and the customer’s bank. A full refund may end further download access.
