Privacy policy
We use the minimum information needed to operate the store, fulfil orders, provide secure downloads and answer support requests.
Information we process
This may include order and contact details, payment status, delivery and consent records, support correspondence, security logs and the billing country or region supplied by the payment provider. TextSwoop does not store full payment card numbers.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, protected storage and security; Stripe processes payments; Resend delivers transactional email; Google Workspace handles support mail. Each provider processes information for its role and under its own applicable terms.
Optional Meta measurement
Meta Pixel and Conversions API are disabled until you accept optional marketing cookies. If accepted, Meta may receive page and product interactions, advertising cookie identifiers and confirmed purchases, including the package, value and currency. We do not send card details or private download links. You can reject or withdraw optional consent through Cookie settings without losing store access.
Optional analytics measurement
With your explicit consent, we measure storefront visits, product choices and checkout steps in your browser using a first-party, consent-linked session, and load Google Analytics 4 (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). These services may set their own cookies and process interaction data under their own applicable terms. Declining keeps the store fully working; withdrawing consent stops the measurement tools and deletes the stored diagnostic events linked to your session. You can change your choice at any time through Analytics settings on the storefront. Download and delivery pages never load these tools.
Cookieless traffic statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or personal identifiers, and anonymous daily aggregate counters that contain no sessions, cookies, IP addresses or identifiers. These measure overall traffic only and cannot identify individual visitors.
Retention and rights
We keep records only while needed to fulfil orders, maintain access, handle complaints, prevent abuse and meet accounting, tax or other legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Legal retention duties may limit erasure.
