Product license
What you may do
Your purchase grants one purchaser a non-exclusive license to use the files included in the selected package in personal and commercial video projects, including social posts, advertisements and work delivered to clients. You may edit the assets and publish or deliver the resulting finished videos. You do not need to credit TextSwoop.
What you may not do
The source files, presets, CapCut template projects and private download links may not be sold, uploaded, shared, sublicensed or redistributed as standalone assets or as a competing template, preset, sound-effect or download library. A client receives the finished video, not a transferable copy of this asset collection. Other editors who need the source assets must purchase their own license.
Ownership and access
The license is for the purchased version of the files and is not a transfer of intellectual-property ownership. It does not require a subscription. The secure download link expires for security; contact support with your order reference to renew access. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this license.
